You've spent months getting your practice ready. Let us handle the part payers slow down.

Our expert credentialing team files your applications, chases the payers, and shares biweekly updates until every single one is approved. Meanwhile, your EHR gets set up and ready to bill.

Credentialing takes 90–150 days for commercial, and 3–4 months for government payers. The exact timeline varies by payer.

They Started Where You Are Right Now

Hear from providers who got credentialed, went in-network, and never looked back with PracticeEHR on their side

★★★★★

"I saw insured patients way sooner than I expected"

Opening my own practice, credentialing was the part I dreaded most. They took the applications off my hands and kept me updated. I saw my first in-network patient months before I thought I would.

★★★★★

“Credentialing and billing in one place. Finally.”

I've used setups where credentialing, the EHR, and billing were three separate headaches. Here, the same team got me paneled and now runs my claims. One login, and my denials actually get worked. That alone made it worth it.

Angela R.

★★★★★

"They guided me like it was my first practice, because it was"

I was seeing patients and building the business at the same time. Every time I hit a wall, someone on their side already had the answer. I never had to become a software expert on top of being a doctor.

Usually 2–4 months per payer once submitted. If you've been in-network with a payer before, it can move more quickly. We keep every application moving and update you every two weeks, so you're never left guessing.
We confirm it with you before anything is filed. If you bill as an individual, credentialing ties to your Type 1 (individual) NPI and your Tax ID, whether that's your SSN or an EIN. If you bill as a group, you'll usually need a Type 2 (organizational) NPI and an EIN, with each provider's Type 1 NPI linked to it. Requirements vary by payer, so we first check the right setup for you.
We handle up to five payer applications per practice, at no cost. You choose the panels that matter most to the patients you want to see
Your rates come from your contract with each payer, just like any in-network provider. Getting credentialed is what unlocks those in-network rates, and we handle the applications so you can start billing them sooner. The contract stays yours.
Absolutely. We pick up whatever is in process, find out where each one stands, and take over the follow-ups.
You can start seeing patients right away on a cash or out-of-network basis. Please note that payers don't reimburse for care delivered before your credentialing is approved, so anything before that date is cash or out-of-network. The moment a payer clears you, that payer switches to in-network billing.
Yes. Every application is filed under your name and your practice's, never ours. Your enrollments belong to you and stay with you if you ever move on.
We do. PracticeEHR offers in-house RCM services along with the EHR and billing software, so you can count on us to handle your billing, claims, denials, and follow-ups from day one. Same login, same platform, same team, no handoffs.
