Q:Do I need to install any special software or hardware?
No, you don’t need to install any specific software or hardware. Practice EHR is a cloud-based solution which means all you need is a desktop or laptop and internet access. You can use any web-browser to access the system, although most customers find best efficiency when using Google Chrome. We’re also iPad friendly and have an iPad app available.
Q:How do I migrate my patient data into Practice EHR?
Our team will assist with migrating your patient data into Practice EHR. All you’ll need is to have your patient data (i.e. demographics, insurance, etc.) in a transferable format (i.e. Excel, CSV or PDF file) and we’ll take care of the rest.
Q:How long is implementation?
On average, implementation is completed within a few weeks. However, the amount of time it takes can vary based on the needs of our customer and how quickly they want to get started.
Q:Are there any implementation fees?
There are implementation and training fees. Customer support is free.
Q:Are there any other hidden fees?
No, we are transparent about all of our fees. Practice EHR comes fully loaded with the features you’ll need to run your practice, and includes free support. Any additional fees may be related to implementation, training and specific feature functionality, which we’ve marked with an asterisk (*) on our pricing page.
Q:Is Practice EHR Meaningful Use Certified?
Yes, Practice EHR has successfully achieved Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC-Health IT) 2015 Edition Health IT Module Certification. As a 2015 Edition Certified EHR, Practice EHR offers the functionality that enables eligible providers to meet Meaningful Use requirements.

Practice EHR offers pre-built specialty-specific templates. If necessary, our team can also create custom-built templates to fit any specific needs of your practice, at no additional cost.

Yes, we have full integration with multiple lab companies like Labcorp, Quest Diagnostic and additional third party labs.
